A Closed Counter Flow Cooling Tower is an industrial cooling system designed to provide efficient heat transfer while keeping the circulating process water clean and free from external contamination. It is widely used in manufacturing plants, industrial refrigeration, power generation, HVAC systems, and other industrial cooling applications.

Our closed counter flow cooling towers offer high heat transfer efficiency, reliable operation, compact construction, and flexible cooling capacity. Stainless steel and copper cooling coils are available to meet different project requirements.

These cooling towers are suitable for induction furnaces, steel mills, injection molding machines, industrial chillers, air compressors, chemical plants, and commercial HVAC systems, providing reliable cooling solutions for various industrial processes.

Working Principle

Its working principle is simple. Hot process water enters the cooling coils, while spray water is distributed evenly over the outside of the coils. At the same time, axial fans draw fresh air upward through the tower, flowing in the opposite direction to the falling spray water. As a small amount of water evaporates, heat is removed from the coils, allowing the process water inside to cool down before returning to the equipment.
